Lang Du Vietnam is an independent editorial travel guide and an authorized participant in the Agoda Partner Program (CID: 1974040).
- We curate neighborhood recommendations, area guides, and highlight hotel deals.
- We do NOT operate as a direct hotel merchant or payment provider. When you make a booking, the transaction is finalized directly with Agoda Company Pte. Ltd. or the respective accommodation provider.
- We do not set hotel prices, determine cancellation rules, or issue electronic room keys. All reservation contracts exist exclusively between you and Agoda / the hotel.
3. Limitation of Liability
While we strive for accuracy in descriptions, seasons, and prices, hotel availability, rates, and amenities change dynamically in real time. Lang Du Vietnam shall not be held liable for any discrepancies in room pricing, overbooking by hotels, flight cancellations, or travel disruptions.
4. Intellectual Property
Original editorial content, articles, custom illustrations, and site design are the property of Lang Du Vietnam. External hotel photographs are used under fair partner promotional licensing via Agoda and Unsplash contributors.
